Am Nockherberg South

The new Nockherberg residential quarter is being built on the former site of the Paulaner brewery, one of Munich’s top locations. The variety of apartments from the participating developers ranges from simple 1- and 2-room apartments to exclusive penthouses with unobstructed views over the city.

For the ACM advertising agency and its client, Bayerische Hausbau, we produced interior visualizations and a roof terrace perspective – of course perfectly matched to the apartment, building type and target group in terms of colour and interior design. In this way, we emphasized the high level of living comfort in one of Munich’s premium residential locations.
