Amidst this unspoiled natural beauty, yet so close to the vibrant life of the popular seaside resorts, a project is underway in the still somewhat sleepy and idyllic Pelzerhaken that is sure to delight nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts alike: “Aloha Pelzerhaken”. Here, just a stone’s throw from the only south-facing beach in the entire region, 35 exclusive condominiums are being built. With sizes ranging from 41 to 105 square meters, the apartments offer flexible floor plans that are ideal for both couples and families and are perfect for use as attractive vacation rentals.

Our task was to capture the unique atmosphere of ALOHA PELZERHAKEN in atmospheric architectural visualizations and virtual photography. Our focus was not only on highlighting the aesthetic side of the buildings, but also on the lifestyle that this project promises. We took an in-depth look at the topic of sports and family vacations on the Baltic Sea in order to create images that tell stories: of sunny days on the beach, of laughing children building sandcastles, of adrenaline-fueled moments on the surfboard, and of cozy evenings with a view of the sea.
