The Baltic Sea and its beaches have always been a magnet for vacationers and water sports enthusiasts alike. The Bay of Lübeck in particular, around Timmendorf and all the other sweet spots by the water, has become a popular destination for kitesurfers and windsurfers and is not without good reason known as the Hawaii of the Baltic Sea. The conditions here are perfect for most of the year. In the beautiful and still somewhat sleepy Pelzerhaken, the “Aloha Pelzerhaken” project is now creating 35 condominiums between 41 and 105 square meters in the immediate vicinity of the only south-facing beach in the entire area. A real insider tip. Here you will find plenty of sun and wind and soon also attractive (vacation) apartments.
