Architectural Visualization2023

Christoph 9

The Lehel district of Munich is characterized by old buildings with ornate, listed facades. Anyone wishing to develop a new building with luxury apartments here must skillfully bridge the gap between old and new. The architectural firm Olufemimoser designed several concepts for the façade design of the new building at Christophstraße 9. On the one hand, there were some elaborate variants with loosely laid ceramic and sandstone tiles in various colors and material gradations, which become airier towards the top in terms of brightness and laying pattern. And on the other hand, a more classic version, with concave sandstone and exposed concrete bands. During the design-accompanying 3D visualization, we tried out various material concepts and carried out color studies in close consultation with the client and the architects. This once again demonstrated the advantage of efficient visualization processes: ideas and designs could be coordinated with all stakeholders on a daily basis. This leads to quick decisions and better results. The rear of the building is dominated by glass and exposed concrete, opening up the rooms to the sheltered courtyard.

When visualizing the interior spaces, our interior designers were able to support the architects with their comprehensive expertise, thereby achieving a high-quality presentation. The spacious penthouses with gallery floors and the combination of tombac, exposed concrete, and wood particularly highlight the special quality of the project.

Overall, we developed a comprehensive package consisting of twelve architectural visualizations of the facades and interiors, as well as supplementary mood images for the sale of the building.

Mood images are the icing on the cake in every architectural visualization project. They complement the marketing visuals with atmospheric moments and detailed shots that capture the special ambiance of the property in a calm and understated manner. Used as scroll stoppers in digital channels and editorial material in print, they manage to charge the project with emotion and evoke associations with living comfort and joie de vivre.
