In the heart of Heilbronn, on the former site of the Federal Horticultural Show, a residential and commercial district of exceptional elegance and architectural sophistication is unfolding at Neckarbogen. Nestled between the two arms of the Neckar River, a vibrant center is emerging here that will have a lasting impact on the cityscape. Renowned project developers and visionary architects have come together at this unique location to fully exploit their creativity and expertise and create an area that combines living, working, and leisure at the highest level.
Along the picturesque waterfront promenade of Floßhafensee, elaborately designed facades line up one after another, creating a luxurious backdrop. Every building, every detail, reflects a high standard of aesthetics and quality. Here, modern design principles merge with respectful integration into the natural river landscape. For the architectural visualization of this ambitious project, it was crucial to capture the elegance and special atmosphere of the location. We created detailed renderings that bring the future ambiance to life.
Residents who are lucky enough to secure one of these coveted apartments can look forward to unparalleled views. Every morning, their gaze wanders over the sparkling Floßhafensee lake and the gently flowing Neckar river, into one of the most attractive cities in Baden-Württemberg. Our architectural visualizations focused on highlighting these spectacular views and the feeling of space and freedom. We recreated the perspectives from the loggias to give potential buyers a realistic impression of their future quality of life.
The Neckarbogen district promises not only luxurious living, but also a lively environment. Shops, cafés, and restaurants will invite visitors to stroll and linger, enlivening the hustle and bustle around the Floßhafensee lake. Our architectural visualizations show not only the buildings themselves, but also how people interact with this new urban space, illustrating the future vibrancy and appeal of the neighborhood. This project sets new standards for urban living in Heilbronn and beyond.

We had two weeks to complete this project. In order to give sales and marketing as much leeway as possible in choosing perspectives and to be able to produce the desired long shots without existing image material, we had to remodel almost the entire area in detail. This was based on planning data, individual BIM models, and photos of the surroundings.
Another challenge was the complex relief facades made of recycled aluminum, which were difficult to control not only in terms of their surface texture but also in their reaction to the low sun. Here, we worked with the customer to try out different variants shortly before the final rendering until the representation was right.
In the end, we produced six exterior visualizations of the client’s three buildings, with atmospheric lighting and a winter mood for seasonal project communication.
