A residential and commercial quarter of extraordinary elegance is being built on the Neckarbogen in Heilbronn. Framed by the two arms of the Neckar, right in the heart of the city, renowned project developers and architects are really letting off steam on the former site of the Federal Garden Show. Elaborately designed facades line the banks of the Floßhafensee lake and form a luxurious backdrop to the hustle and bustle around them. If you are lucky enough to get your hands on one of the coveted apartments, you can enjoy a morning view over the lake and river to one of the most attractive cities in Baden-Württemberg.

We had two weeks to complete this project. In order to give the sales and marketing team as much leeway as possible when choosing the perspectives and to be able to produce the desired long shots without existing image material, we had to model almost the entire site in detail. This was based on the planning data, some BIM models and photos of the surroundings.
Another challenge was the elaborate relief façades made of recycled aluminum, which were difficult to tame not only in terms of their surface texture, but also in their reaction to the low sun. Together with the client, we played through different variants shortly before the final rendering until the look was right.
In the end, we produced six exterior visualizations of the client’s three buildings, with atmospheric lighting and a winter mood for seasonal project communication.
