Our brief here was clear: the impressive appearance of the new-build property was to be translated into convincing images. In fact, we didn’t have to do much “magic” because the quality of the design spoke for itself, which made the production of the numerous 3D visualizations for the sale a pleasure from the outset.

The brick building is not only a visual statement, but also a conscious decision for longevity, sustainability and a timeless aesthetic that blends harmoniously into the northern German cityscape. The robust clinker brick façade lends the building character and authenticity, while the dark roof and minimalist design language convey a modern and exclusive impression. This symbiosis of traditional material and contemporary design was meticulously worked out in every architectural visualization to underline the special value of the project.

For the marketing, we produced a comprehensive package of visual materials that went beyond the classic building views. In addition to the perspectives showing the entire apartment building in its urban setting, we created detailed architectural visualizations of specific areas of the building. This included close-ups of the entrance area, showing the inviting entrance and the choice of materials in detail. The 3D visualizations of the architecture were also particularly important, showing the terrace situations in detail. These images not only illustrated the size and design of the outdoor areas, but also the view of the surroundings from there, which is often a decisive criterion for potential buyers. By focusing on such details, we were able to convey a much better and more emotional impression of the property.
