Gustav-Poensgen-Street

In the heart of Düsseldorf, where history meets modern flair, a freshly renovated old building shines in new splendor. Here, pastel-colored facades with elaborate decoration and filigree ornaments are lined up next to each other and exude a very special charm – an authenticity that can only be experienced in this untouched form in a few major German cities. This historic backdrop offers a unique setting for exclusive living and combines the splendor of bygone eras with the comfort and aesthetics of the present.

We produced several architectural visualizations for the marketing of the residential units in this extraordinary project. Our aim was to emphasize the elegance and unique character of the old building. In addition to a detailed street view showing the magnificent façade and its integration into the historic surroundings, we also created atmospheric interior renderings of the living room. These visualizations capture the light-flooded rooms, the high-quality materials and the stylish interior and convey a realistic impression of the future living experience.

To convey the feeling of living in and around the property even better, we supplemented the classic architectural visualizations with a series of atmospheric mood images. These detailed shots focus on capturing emotions and everyday moments – be it the play of light on the stucco ceilings, a cozy reading corner by the window or the flair of the neighborhood outside the front door. Such images go beyond the mere depiction of rooms and create an emotional connection with the viewer. They serve as an ideal complement in marketing, as they communicate the potential of the living space and the quality of life in the neighborhood in a subtle and appealing way. With this combination of precise renderings and emotional atmospheric images, we were able to perfectly showcase the uniqueness of this Düsseldorf gem of an old building.

Get more out of
with mood pictures!

This project is a good example of how you can get more out of a visualization project with mood images. For marketing via websites, real estate platforms and the classic exposé, conventional architectural visualizations still play the main role. They usually show the property and the most important interior spaces in their entirety and from their best side in order to convey the size of the rooms or the representative character of the property.

As part of the areas already visualized, however, we are increasingly producing mood images that convey even more emotion and focus entirely on the details. They are editorial image material for exposés and websites and also offer great potential for marketing via social media. You can add similar motifs to the architectural visualizations and tell additional stories about life around the property. Real added value at an unbeatable price.
