On the northern outskirts of Starnberg – where the rural urbanity merges into woods and meadows – two stately twin villas are being built by our long-standing customer E+W Wohnbau. The standard of fittings and furnishings is remarkable as usual and, despite the almost reserved first impression from the street, they offer plenty of space and open-plan living for families or couples who need space.

High-quality floors, well-thought-out room concepts and all kinds of furnishing details extend over four floors, making these properties a real highlight.
We developed the entire marketing communication for the construction project, from the project branding and 3D visualizations to the exposé and an interactive tour with our specially developed smplVR solution. As a result, everything looks seamless and the short internal channels enabled rapid implementation without compromises.

When implementing property branding, we attach great importance to a uniform appearance so that the project brand is recognized as such. At the same time, the high-quality project design also contributes to the client’s corporate brand and strengthens brand perception here too.

Thanks to the close cooperation between our 3D and design production departments, we ensure that the color scheme of the property branding is also incorporated into the architectural visualizations. In this way, editorial design and 3D visualizations complement each other perfectly and the real estate exposé looks as if it has been cast from a single mould.
