Leogang
Surrounded by a rugged Alpine panorama covered in snow until late summer, the municipality of Leogang lies in the Salzburg region at an altitude of around 800 meters. The municipality, with a population of 4,000, attracts visitors all year round with its beautiful nature, clear air, and recreational sports opportunities that can only be found in the mountains. Taurus Bau is developing a luxury villa here for all those who believe that the charm of a mountain hut does not have to mean sacrificing comfort. A spa area, spacious bedrooms and living rooms, and custom interior design by interior design specialist Florian Kranawendter make this deliberately understated villa a real gem for all mountain and sports enthusiasts. Those simply looking for a comfortable ski lodge for the snow-sure winter months will also find what they are looking for here. The nearest ski slope is only a few minutes’ walk away.
We developed and produced a comprehensive image world of high-quality architectural visualizations for the sale of the property in a very short time. Exterior and interior visualizations in different seasons, with and without people, provide the client with enough material to present the project attractively through the usual channels.

Establishing a visual axis between the villa and the ski slope underscores one of the most important arguments for marketing the property. Perfectly timed drone shots and the subsequent integration of the CG villa resulted in a high-quality aerial visualization that not only whets the appetite for winter sports and the cold season, but also illustrates the proximity to the ski slope, which is within walking distance, and highlights the warm, glowing interior of the villa. In this way, architectural visualization achieves more with just one image than a hundred words could: it awakens desires, creates associations, and tells stories about winter sports and cozy life in the snow-covered mountains.
The elegant, rustic interiors designed by interior designer Florian Kranawendter were brought to life by us in detailed architectural visualizations. The representation of the high-quality natural materials, the custom-made built-in furniture, and the classic-modern furnishings was a particular challenge and was 3D-visualized by us with great attention to detail.
