In the vibrant heart of Schwabing, in an unbeatable location directly adjacent to the English Garden and Schwabinger Bach, Lodenfrey Park stands as an inspiring business district. This ensemble is much more than just a complex of office buildings—it is a vibrant statement that combines the best of Munich’s urbanity and natural recreation. Lodenfrey Park embodies a creative spirit reminiscent of New York’s original creative district, Soho. The historic buildings, which once served as sewing rooms, turbine rooms, wool rooms, and boiler rooms, have been carefully revitalized and now house modern, dynamic working environments for communications agencies, architectural firms, high-tech companies, fashion labels, and consulting firms.

We produced comprehensive architectural visualizations for the successful marketing of the commercial property in Lodenfrey Park, in particular for House K. Our task was to impressively showcase the advantages of this special business district and make its unique atmosphere tangible to potential tenants and investors.

Air visualizations were a crucial aspect of our work. The aim here was to showcase the spectacular views of the expansive English Garden and Munich’s vibrant city center. These bird’s-eye view images not only highlighted the prime location of Lodenfrey Park, but also its privileged connection to green recreational areas and the city center. The property thus presents itself as part of a larger, attractive ecosystem.

The exterior visualizations focus on showcasing the detached House K within the park-like surroundings of Lodenfrey Park. We placed great importance on highlighting the architectural details and the harmonious integration of the building into the historic ensemble and the green, park-like surroundings. These renderings convey the prestigious character and high quality of the outdoor areas.

The interior visualizations, in turn, show the light-flooded, open office spaces and provide concrete examples of use. The focus here is on showcasing the flexibility of the floor plans and modern working environments. From communicative coworking spaces to focused offices, the visualizations illustrate the diverse possibilities for space design to meet the individual needs of different companies. This detailed architectural visualization optimally showcased the potential of the office space in Munich’s Lodenfrey Park for marketing purposes.
