Pankower Hofgarten

In the tranquil heart of Berlin-Heinersdorf, the Strenger Group is creating an idyllic new residential quarter called Pankower Hofgarten. Here, in a quiet and family-friendly residential area, 23 terraced houses are being built, specially tailored to the needs of modern families. Directly adjacent to the listed parish garden, this project offers a unique blend of urban connectivity and natural tranquility. The ideal location allows schools and kindergartens to be reached on foot, while the nearby city center covers daily needs with numerous shopping opportunities and services.

The Pankower Hofgarten places particular emphasis on sustainability. The houses are KfW40-certified, which not only speaks for high energy efficiency, but also guarantees future residents low operating costs in the long term. Each house is also equipped with a PV system and pre-equipped for e-mobility – a clear commitment to an environmentally friendly and future-oriented lifestyle. This sustainable construction method reflects the modern approach that is being pursued throughout the entire neighborhood.

The undisputed main attraction of the neighborhood is a majestic, ancient oak tree that stands proudly between the rows of houses. It forms the centerpiece of a spacious, green communal area that invites residents to linger and socialize with its comfortable seating and a variety of play options. Here, the future residents of Pankower Hofgarten can come together, neighborhoods can develop, and children can play carefree—a place that strengthens the sense of community and makes living in the neighborhood something special.

We had the privilege of providing comprehensive support to the marketing team in Berlin for the real estate marketing of this charming project. Our task was to emotionally showcase the typical Baustolz architecture and future life in the Pankower Hofgarten. To this end, we created atmospheric 3D visualizations that not only highlight the aesthetics of the townhouses, but also the family-friendly environment and the atmosphere around the old oak tree. In addition, specific mood images were created that were specially optimized for social media marketing in order to appeal to a broad audience and spark interest in these unique properties in Berlin-Heinersdorf.
