Real estate marketing2024

Paul & Rosa

As a long-standing agency partner of the renowned Riedel Bau AG, we had the privilege of being involved early on in the development of a truly groundbreaking construction project: Paul & Rosa. Our task was to develop modern and effective real estate communication that would do justice to the innovative character of this project. It quickly became clear that this project would set new standards in terms of consistent sustainability in construction and that the entire communication design would have to meet these high standards.

For this reason, we made a bold decision: we deliberately set aside Riedel Bau’s proven corporate design and instead developed a completely new, independent brand identity for Paul & Rosa – without compromise. The name of the project is not only derived from Paul-Rosa-Straße, where the construction project is being built. At the same time, “Paul” and “Rosa” stand for the two different types of buildings – a point block and a bar block – each based on completely different, forward-looking concepts.

The visual identity of the project, in particular the chosen color scheme and the use of a “cloud” masking, metaphorically combines the modern with the traditional and the uncertain. This approach emphasizes that, despite the focus on future-oriented solutions and innovation in construction, the result of many years of research is deliberately defined as open-ended. It is about breaking new ground and facing the challenges of the future with creativity and adaptability.

In order to adequately communicate the wealth of innovative ideas, groundbreaking solutions, and unique features of the project, we produced countless high-quality architectural visualizations and virtual photographs that make the complex concepts tangible and illustrate both the external form and internal structure of the buildings. In addition, we developed a comprehensive, interactive website at paul-und-rosa.de. Here, interested parties can find detailed information about the project and the underlying solutions and immerse themselves in the world of Paul & Rosa, which sets standards for sustainable construction and real estate communication.

Branding

Modern. Innovative. Different.
The project’s brand identity was designed to make a statement, challenge convention, and stand out from the real estate and sustainability crowd. The focus here is on innovation, research, and the future. More startup than residential real estate. Added to this is the use of classic materials, which are experiencing a renaissance thanks to modern interpretations. Traditional materials such as clay, loam, and straw are gaining renewed attention due to their positive properties in construction and for the living environment. So the brand identity also had to combine the modern with the old.

To complement the deliberately simple font logo based on the rounded, almost retro-looking Chalet in the 1970s style, we developed a modern and high-contrast color scheme that can fully showcase its strengths in the digital world. The 3D visualizations are based on the color scheme and complement it harmoniously.

Paul & Rosa is an innovative residential construction project in Schweinfurt that is fully committed to sustainability.

Find a solution for everything

Sustainability has been a major issue in the construction industry for a long time. Accounting for almost 40% of global CO2 emissions, the construction and real estate industry has a special responsibility. Anyone who wants to take a disruptive lead in this area must radically rethink their approach. Riedel Bau AG is now taking a major step forward in this area. With the Paul & Rosa project, the company is building a residential and research project in one of Schweinfurt’s most desirable residential areas that sets new standards in its uncompromising approach. Every step of the construction process, every material used, every building technology, and every detail of the fittings has been consistently scrutinized and justified on the basis of the latest scientific research. For example, different combinations of materials are sometimes used within the same building so that their properties and durability can be compared in long-term studies.
