In the heart of Friedrichshafen, on the historic site of the former Trapp shoe store on Friedrichstraße, a long-discussed construction project is finally taking shape: SEASIDE. Wüstenrot is creating a new, groundbreaking development here with four buildings that combine urbanity and residential comfort at the highest level. With 31 residential units, three commercial units, and an underground parking garage, a versatile ensemble is being created that will have a lasting impact on the cityscape. The new construction project will create space for around 2,700 square meters of residential space and approximately 290 square meters of commercial space in the form of modern office and service areas.

The variety of residential units is remarkable and appeals to a broad target group. Sizes range from approximately 49 to 163 square meters, with the planned two- to three-room apartments ideal for singles, young couples, seniors, or families. The highlight of the offering is a spacious five-room penthouse apartment with breathtaking lake views, which rounds off the exclusive portfolio. This range of floor plans ensures that every resident can find their perfect home at SEASIDE.

The standard features reflect sophisticated design and a high level of comfort. Each apartment is equipped with underfloor heating including individual room control, elegant parquet flooring in the living rooms and bedrooms, and floor-level showers. Most of the apartments are also accessible by elevator, which runs from the underground parking garage to the attic—an important aspect for future-oriented living. Sustainability is a particular focus of this project. The new building project is being constructed to the KfW 55 standard, which stands for high energy efficiency and low operating costs. Compliance with this standard is ensured by, among other things, state-of-the-art energy and heat generation using geothermal energy, a brine-water heat pump, and a photovoltaic system on the roof.

To market this outstanding real estate project in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance, we relied on high-quality architectural visualization and virtual photography. Our work included the production of impressive exterior and aerial visualizations that present the entire area in its urban and natural context. The aerial images were crucial in impressively highlighting the prominent location on Friedrichstraße and the proximity to Lake Constance. They showed how the four buildings integrate into their surroundings and provided a comprehensive overview of the new neighborhood.

In addition, we created detailed 3D renderings of the living spaces. These enabled potential buyers to get a realistic picture of the future living comfort even before construction began. The visualizations of the interiors emphasized the high-quality furnishings and thoughtful design, from the parquet floors to the floor-level showers. In particular, the penthouse with lake views was staged in such a way that the breathtaking view and exclusivity of the apartment were shown to their best advantage. Through this comprehensive visualization in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance, we were able to communicate the potential of SEESEITEN in a tangible and emotionally appealing way, which is crucial for marketing success.
